Meet IQ, Uniqlo’s first chatbot. She lives on Facebook Messenger in the US and turns the traditional customer interaction from a transaction to a conversation. IQ is a part of Uniqlo’s Ariake initiative which aims to strengthen its digital offerings as a brand. As part of the design team, we developed the chatbot identity and communication materials as well contributions to the texting vernacular and emoticon use.
